Until now Ella has pretty much been downstairs, still sleeping in our room at night (because she is still waking up 1-2 times at night), and hasn't really been in her own room a lot. We decided she might be more comfortable and take better naps up in her own room away from the animals and us trying to get things done around the house. SHE LOVES HER ROOM. It's a whole new world for our sweet little peanut.
She sat staring at her new mobile for so long.
Since the mobile went over so well - we decided to lay her down and try a nap. I was worried that it would be too bright for her, but the allure of the mobile seems to overcome the bright room.
This is how we found her when she woke up from her nap. Notice the puppy dog that was sitting against the wall when she went to sleep is now neatly tucked in her arm. This girl is a soft snuggle bunny - she LOVES to cuddle with soft smushy things (especially the lovey Aunt Steph made for her)! Too cute!!
Stay tuned for how she does when we start letting her sleep upstairs overnight as well. We are hoping she will sleep so well that the 1-2 night feedings will start to disappear. We'll see what happens!
