Learning to Love . . . . THE BEACH

Our daughter is officially a beach bum! We visited Grandma Lois and Grandpa Joe over the Fourth of July weekend and had a really fabulous time.

A few pictures of our fun times on the beach. Ella especially loved splashing in the ocean waves, crawling on the sand, and digging. The videos are super cute -- take a look.

FLAT WORN OUT!

Ella in her Fireworks attire. We watched them from the park in the middle of Kiawah island and Ella was sooooo tired, but loved the fireworks so much she wasn't about to sleep until they were done. She looked like she was thinking,"Must see the finale . . . .Must see the finale" As soon as they were over she was out on my shoulder. So funny!

Ella LOVES to play on the piano. She pounds a little then looks up and grins then pounds a little more. Sorry this picture is just a little blurry -- but she's still cute, blurry or not.



Grandma loves to play piano with Ella (the first time she visited us this was the only way Ella would go to Grandma -- now it's a tradition, they must play together at every visit). She looks so serious . . . . . Baby Mozart? we shall see



We spent a little time at a neat farm/vegetable & flower market/ petting zoo/ island historical museum (weird combo, I know . . . but it's really a neat place). It's called Rosebank Farm and is just outside the Kiawah island entrance. We wandered around to look at the animals and flowers. Ella especially loves the birds and the horses.
