We spent my Saturday off out and about sight-seeing in the country and saw beautiful parts of Virginia. We drove up to Waynesboro, VA to the "Virginia Fly Fishing Festival" in the morning and stopped by " the town that reunited the country" and toured all the buildings where General Lee and General Grant once stood! The baby's first official history trip - one of many in it's lifetime (hopefully the baby will like history as much as we do, eventually). It is really neat to experience out country's history first hand. We hope to go out and see a couple of reenactments this summer (although I'm afraid I won't be able to keep David from cheering for the Confederacy)!
