We're getting into the honeybee business! David's family raised bees a lot when he was younger and we're hoping for a honey crop of our own. The first of the bees are scheduled to come in next week and David was getting bee hives ready for our first shipment when he noticed a few bees exploring the used honeycombs we bought from a neighbor. Slowly, but surely the few bees turned into a few more, then a lot of bees, then a few THOUSAND!! Now the Blue Ridge Mountain Honey business officially has its first swarm and the company is born! I have to admit all these bees around will take some getting used to, but man will we ever enjoy the honey! Take a look at the video - if the sound of swarming insects doesn't SCARE YOU.

yeah for the business and the need for all those bees. however i will NOT be watching the video w/ sound b/c it will give me the willies. so glad God has opened this door for dave & you.
