The Dream Comes to Life

The opportunity to move to the farm first began to materialize in December of last year (2012). We decided to start searching for a place for the Hunk-O-Farmer to pursue 

his dreams of farming AND  

our dreams of down-to-earth, eat naturally, live naturally, get close the Lord, 

be good to yourself, your neighbor, and the earth

Country Life.

And a few different locations and opportunities were explored. In the end, the Farmer's heart (and mine as his wife-for-life) is in rural West Virginia and this farm was the best opportunity for the family as a whole. We began to pray over this choice for guidance, for comfort, and for peace that this was the right move for us right now.

 We were hooked after just a couple of visits! One confirmation after another has led us where we are now (in the middle/almost done -- woo hoo! -- moving).
