I have probably mentioned how close we live to the Blue Ridge Music Center here on the Parkway. It literally takes us about 3 minutes to drive over to the little outdoor stage and performance center. They have a really outstanding line up of blue grass, jazz, gospel, and other types of music performing ever summer and we try to attend when we are around. Ella loves to go and listen to the music (and now loves to run around and play while we listen as well). We didn't get to go this year as much as we would have liked, but here are a couple of pictures of one of the trips we were able to make.

Come and visit anytime. Plus this is everything we have done in the last year all posted in a few weeks, so it looks more dense than it really was. AND we really wanted to take her canoeing this year and didn't make it on the water - so we're even.
